Private Hire - Play Only

Looking for the ultimate large-scale event space? Our Play-Only Private Hire package gives you and your guests exclusive access to the entire venue. This is the perfect option for schools, sports clubs, corporate family days, or very large private gatherings who want the maximum play time and freedom.

We offer EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE HIRE during weekday evenings (excluding Tuesday evenings), with parties running from 6:15pm to 8:15pm.

For weekend bookings (Saturday and Sunday), parties are available from 6:15pm to 8:15pm or 6:30pm to 8:30pm, subject to availability.

A Play-Only private hire DOES NOT include Food and Drink, and so are on a "Play Only" basis.

If all attendees are aged 18 and Over, we will not expect additional adults to remain on site but we will expect there to be a "group organiser" who will remain responsible for the group for the duration of the group's visit. 

We can accommodate up to 200 people.

Food Options:

A cold buffet can be pre-booked as part of your party package for an additional £4.50 per person.

Private hire pricing:

Option 1: 90 minutes play-only private hire

  • £11 per head
  • Minimum 30 people

Option 2: 2 hours play

  • Minimum 30 people
  • 30-50 people, £12 per head;
  • 51-75 people, £11 per head;
  • 76-100 people, £10 per head;
  • 101-200 people, £9 per head            

Payment & Booking:

Minimum 30 People

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £5 per person is payable at the time of booking.

The maximum number set on our online booking system is 50, this is aimed at the birthday parties with food but once booked we will contact you to fine tune the event to meet your needs. The online booking option is there to enable you to guarantee yourself the time slot of your choosing.
