Loyalty Scheme

At PlayZone Lincoln  we feel it is important to give something back to customers who use our fantastic play facilities regularly. We feel the best way to do this is via a loyalty scheme – the more you play the more you save!

Each time you visit one of our Play Centres we will stamp your card once per full price child. Collect 9 stamps and the 10th session for one child is on us!

Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions:

  • A full card of 9 stamps entitles the bearer to a free 10th play session for 1 child.
  • To qualify for the 10th free play session for 1 child the customer will be asked to complete the contact details on the reverse of the loyalty card. The details obtained will only be used for notification of future offers and promotions and will not be sold on to any third parties.
  • You can only accumulate stamps on a single card for either a “Parent and Toddler” session or “Full Price” sessions. The two types of session cannot be mixed on the same card. If your card is marked as a “P&T” card you cannot use that card to redeem free full price child sessions.
  • The full card must be surrendered to PlayZone Lincoln  at the time of claiming free session.
  • The loyalty card must be presented at the till for each transaction at the time of purchase.
  • Only one full loyalty card can be used per visit.
  • The loyalty card remains the property of PlayZone Lincoln and the scheme may be withdrawn or altered at any time without prior notice to the customer.
  • The Loyalty card scheme does not apply to Birthday Parties
  • The loyalty card scheme does not apply to visits by  groups /organisations. This definition of groups also extends to include children not related to the card holder. Stamps can only be accumulated for children of the card holder.
  • Loyalty cards have no cash value and can only be redeemed against future admission charges at PlayZone Lincoln.
