OPENING HOURS
OPEN 10AM - 6PM, EVERYDAY!
On Bank Holidays, we close at 5pm.
We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
GENERAL ADMISSIONS
During the daytime play sessions, our facilities are open to children aged 0–14 and the adults accompanying them. Children aged 15–17 must be part of a group that includes both children aged 14 and under, as well as adults. The adult must remain on the premises at all times.
Please refer to our Terms of Play for our definition of “adult”.
Please note that the £1.50 adult ticket is specifically for adults accompanying existing bookings or attending daytime parties. It can only be used when child tickets are available and purchased alongside it. You will not be admitted at this price if you arrive without a corresponding child ticket.
Socks must be worn on the play equipment at all times. Socks can be purchased at reception.

0-3 years old - £5.95
4-14 years old - £9.75
Adults - £1.50
The maximum age for children attending is 14, and a maximum of 2 adults is allowed per booking.
All weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.
Starting at 10am and every half hour thereafter, with the last session of the day running from 4pm-6pm.
Each session lasts 2 hours.
*Under-1s go free only when accompanied by an older sibling. There is no need to book them online. Our staff will determine eligibility upon your arrival.
OFF PEAK PRICES & TIMES
Our off-peak sessions are aimed primarily at pre-school children. The drop slide is closed, and the play equipment is not staffed during these sessions.

Lincolnshire school term-time weekdays
Monday to Friday (except Tuesday):
10am - 3:30pm and 3:30pm - 6pm
Tuesday: 12pm-3:30pm and 3:30pm - 6pm
Arrive at any time within the allotted session.

ADULTS & STUDENT NIGHT
Our Adult and Student Night is every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm-8:30pm. STRICTLY AGED 16 and OVER ONLY (ID may be required).
£9.75 per person.
We serve a range of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.
SESSIONS FOR ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS (TERM TIME ONLY)
Weekly adult's SEND session. Every Tuesday morning during Lincolnshire school term time, 10am-11:30am.
Service users £6.50. Carers go free.
