On Bank Holidays, we close at 5pm.
We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Please note that the minimum height requirement for the Drop Slide is 1.2 metres.
GENERAL ADMISSIONS
During the daytime play sessions, the maximum age for children attending is 14. Children aged 15–17 must be part of a group that includes both children aged 14 and under, as well as adults. The adult must remain on the premises at all times.
Please note that we require a ratio of 1 accompanying adult to 5 children.
Please note that the £1.75 adult ticket is specifically for adults accompanying at least one child to a daytime play session or attending a daytime birthday party. You will not be admitted at this price if you arrive without a corresponding child ticket.
Please refer to our Terms of Play for our definition of “adult”.
Socks must be worn on the play equipment at all times. Socks can be purchased at reception.

The maximum age for children attending is 14, and a maximum of 2 adults is allowed per booking.
All weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.
Each session lasts 2 hours.
*Under-1s go free only when accompanied by an older sibling. There is no need to book them online. Our staff will determine eligibility upon your arrival.
OFF PEAK PRICES & TIMES
Special Offer: Kids Eat for £1.50
Valid on Lincolnshire school term-time weekdays ONLY. No need to pre-book. Please note that kitchen closes at 5pm.
Our off-peak sessions are aimed primarily at pre-school children. The Drop Slide is closed, and the play equipment is not staffed during these sessions.

Monday to Friday (except Tuesday):
10am - 3:30pm and 3:30pm - 6pm

ADULTS & STUDENT NIGHT
Our Adult and Student Night is every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm-8:30pm.
STRICTLY AGED 16 and OVER ONLY. Valid photo ID may be required (passport, driving license, or Citizen Card). Photos or copies of ID are not accepted.
£9.75 per person.
Walk-ins welcome but pre-booking is strongly recommended.
We serve a range of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.
SESSIONS FOR ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS (TERM TIME ONLY)
Our dedicated SEND session runs from 10:00 am to 11:30 am on every Tuesday morning during Lincolnshire school term time, and is open to adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Service users £6.50 per person. All carers go free. Walk-ins welcome.
Please note that we DO NOT accept responsibility for any additional support needs or requirements of attendees. These remain the responsibility of the attendee’s support provider at all times while on site.
